Consider commuting North to Schomberg

Schomberg... a village that is at Hwy 9 and Hwy 27, within King Township.
I've always wondered why home owners haven't discovered the genious of communiting the same amount of time in the NORTH direction, instead of sitting in traffic, frustrated, stressed, going from one end of the crazy to the other. I can say from experience (I used to live at the north runway of Pearson Airport) that the stress actually drains from you if you drive away out of the city at the end of the work day. It felt to me as if I was going to the cottage every day. I worked in Brampton and commuted THROUGH THE COUNTRYSIDE to Schomberg.
The physical renewal I felt every day was only part of how great it is to live out of the city. PRICES: Schomberg's prices I'll use an an example. A detached home starting from $800,000, townhouse at $650,000 in a newer central neighborhood. You can easily find some privacy in our little towns in the million mark, if you are looking for more.
Our little town is a wonderful place for children to grow up. It's wholesome and peaceful and schools aren't over-populated. As much as they complain that they can't get around easily, from my perspective as a parent, I was glad that I always knew where they were, and now they all say they love living in the country.
We are lacking nothing in this little town - LCBO, grocery store, McDonalds, Tims, Pub and restaurants, drug stores, hardware stores, amazing Trisan arena, beautiful parks and trails, Newmarket 15 min to the east, Vaughan 20 min south, the 400 under 10 minutes away and Pearson Airport 30 minutes.
I'm convinced that this beautiful, calm lifestyle adds years to my life. Let me help you find your place in this beautiful community I call home.
